Root Sd card removed unexpectedly

Hi all, my sd card recently corrupted, luckily I could still retrieve the data using Linux mx-14. However, I could not reformat using any tool, not parted, not even using the dd zero write method! Tossed that card and bought a class 10 SanDisk 16Gb. I also installed the flashable stock rom from this forum as tesla was force closing everything! Now the new sd card keeps giving me the ad card removed unexpectedly, and I'm getting quite a few reboots into bootloop, which only a battery pull solves. I formatted the new card in the latest twrp with a 4 Gb ext4 second partition. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks.

Never mind, flashed stock kdz and rerooted, and reformatted sd, seems to have solved the problem for the most part.
