how do i transfer files from my sd card to a new sd card when i dont have enough memory internally?

Welcome to Android Forums.
Internal memory issues are generally not solved by increasing sdcard size. That being said the easiest way to transfer files from one sdcard to another is to use a pc and a card reader. Create a folder on your pc and copy the contents of your original sdcard to it. Now copy the contents of the folder to your new sdcard.
