Help sd card will not mount

Hello everyone. I just recently bought a UMX MAXPATRIOT U671C phone from Tracfone. I have having issues with it already, my biggest one is that my sd card will not mount, period. I have formatted and re-formatted the card at least four times. I am able to see the card by itself when plugged into a reader, but it will not so up when I have it inserted in the phone connected to the computer. I am getting very agitated and Tracfone is not helping me in the slightest. Please could anyone help me? I really don't want to have to pay another $70.oo or more for a different phone. Hi VanGoh32. You might try mounting a different SD card in your phone as a test. It could simply be an incompatibility with your phone and SD card. If your phone refuses to see any SD card... it's a phone problem.

Hello and thank you for your reply. with the help of my brother we figured out the issue and it may be the same for others with the same problem. Turns out when the phone was made the manufacturer made an error when it came to the settings of the wires that the card comes in contact with, by bending just one wire that is located on the right in the mount, the card is now able to make full connection.
