sd card

i have a lg optimus 3.0 with a 4gb sd card. i can not find any options to use the card i have alot of music on my phone and 3apps. the phone keeps telling me im low on storage and in storage settings i have all this available storage on sd card that i can not access. what do i do?
 
You could install a file manager from Play and use that to move your songs to the SD card.

If the phone is not seeing the SD card, you may want to check that it is formatted and whether it works in other devices (e.g. a card reader on a PC or maybe a friend's phone).
