I have a fusion 2 that I am trying to use my 8g SD card in. It will not read format or mount the card. It works in all my other phones but the fusion......any ideas? It will say blank memory card when I put it in even though its not and wont do anything else.......
Also I just rooted the phone what are the benefits of going to the jellybean mod I am new to that....thanks for any help......

Seems the fusion 2 is an older phone and its forum is pretty quiet now.:( I moved this to the Android News and Talk in the hopes folks with general knowledge can help get your SD card working again.

Well, not being that familiar with your device, I suppose I would try a couple things.
1. try a new, or different sd card in your device.
2. carefully inspect (if possible) the sd card slot to check for damage.

Was this issue a sort of "happened-out-of-nowhere", or did it happen after you removed it for some reason, and then reinserted it?

I'm kinda leaning more towards a damaged sd card slot. :hmmmm:
