Hello and welcome to Android Forums. Hopefully I can help you with your problem.

I need a little more info to accurately answer your question. Have you used an app to move apps to your sd card like App2SD, S2E, or Link2SD or are you just using the stock feature to move your apps?

The reason I ask this is because most of those apps will move the app to the sd card while keeping some of the app data on the phone. Not all apps do this but quite a few do. By keeping some of the app data internally on your phone, it actually helps the phone respond faster since all app data doesn't need to be transferred from the sd card. When all app data is stored on the sd card, the phone will usually respond a little slower. Especially if you have a lower class sd card.

The lower the number on an sd card, the slower the data transfer (read/write) rate is. The higher class, the faster the data (read/write) transfer.

The class sd card you have can usually be found on the card itself. It will usually be a very small letter C with a number inside it. That will be the class of the sd card.

I have several myself. I have a few that are class 4 but the majority are class 10. Those being the fastest.

If you would, please make another post with more detailed information concerning your issue if need be. I am going to mark this post as solved since I have basically answered your question concerning why your phone is still using memory even though the app has been moved to the sd card.
