Help SD unmounting

My girlfriend's Droid Razr is randomly getting "unmounted sd card" for some reason.The SD card is fine,it works fine when the card is put into my LG Spectrum and my SD card into her Razr and it works fine,any way to fix this?

What does it say in status bar . Anything such as damage sd or needs format

I wld try blowing the SD card slot out with a can of air, also make sure the door is closed completely

nope,it just says SD card has unmounted unexpectedly

Try to put sd in adapter it came with and put into computer
