SDHC 8GB Card Cant be Formated (Error)

Hello, my SDHC card is 8GB I was copying some files to the card, the next day when I returned accessing the card i could not it kept saying that it had to be formatted but when I tried to format it didn't work, I've used the "SD CARD FORMATTER "I tried and did not work also Windows CMD, removed the security risk pin adapter nothing worked. What should I do?

Buy a new card of high quality.
