Sorry, a bit coon fused here. I'm interested in getting into android apps, I believe I have a few useful apps I could make.
However I find java to be a somewhat atrocious language, preferring of course more modern minded languages like python. Anyways I do see there is a scripting environment which allows for python scripting. I've seen this referred to twice as a simple tool, useful for when you don't want to make real apps.
Can apps be made entirely in python? Or would I be forced into java (in other words probably just skipping the whole thing)
