Help Search for Google "Play Store" apps?

Updates to the Play Store app seem to have removed the ability to "Search". We used to be able to "Search" for "nmap" and it would display such apps as "Fing" for network information.

Is the Play Store app search located somewhere that I haven't found yet? I just can't imagine that the authors would have removed it completely.

Tap in the top window that says play store. Then type in your search

Yep that's it, the search bar is still there but the search symbol isn't. No idea why they did that.
