Hi all l am new to this forum so if this has been answered before l apoligise. l have an MX Android box and l have TVMC installed and use Genesis to search for movies, boxsets etc and it is great. l bought someone the same box and it has a different firmware so when l go to Genesis to search the key pad is completely blank with no letters in it to search with, l can't get it to turn on. What am l doing wrong, thanks.
