Root searching for location gps

my gps doesnt work i tried factory reset, and reflashing rom to stock but still doesnt work i have huawei activa 4g from metro pcs can somebody help me fix this problem pls

well i was trying out my gps navigator but it just say searching for gps so i restore factory setting, then i tried it again it's still does the same thing so i tried reflashing the stock firmware, tried again it still doesnt work, sometimes it automatically reboots my phone when the gps is on, iwas wondering if its a hardware problem or just the huawei activa 4g firmware is just crappy i wanted to get my phone replace from metro but i dont want to wait a week and pay 17 bucks to get my phone back, thx in advance, also i forgot to ask you, if can u try to your gps navigator so i know if its a hardware problem so i can get my phone replace if it is
 
guys pls i need help can u guys try the gps on the phone and see if it reboots so i can know if its and software or hardware problem pls guys

take back to store reinstall stock and say it hasnt been working dont mention a root
