Second hand Epic

I was given an Epic 4g that had been flashed to Metropcs, how can i un-flash it back to sprint. I've tried the qpst, qxdm, dfs... all allow me to see the ESN/MEID numbers of the cloned phone, but won't allow me to re-write the Original ESN/MEID back. any ideas?

I'd try the Odin one-step rooted stock (such as this one). If it isn't the latest version of ICS (or JB, depending on which you'd prefer), then an over-the-air update will get you to the latest/greatest and unroot the phone at the same time.

The Odin ROM I pointed you to will not increment the internal counter, either.
