Second Screen

When my screen is off I do get notifications in the second screen, but my problem is that it's too dark. The second screen doesn't light/wake up and so I can't see what the notification is. How do I fix this?
 
go to settings-display and bright up your phones brightness.:)
 
sorry bro i am nothing to say , when my phones screen off i see the notification a bit of darkly.
 
The second screen gets dim when around bright lights or sun. When I move mine away from the light it brightens up. Just an idea. There is no way to adjust the brightness on the second screen, that I have found.
