Help secret code doesn't work

I suspect this is tied to the issues you've spoken about in your other thread.
Have you confirmed your S8 is a legitimate S8 and not a clone? Have you tried the app jfalls mentions in post 6?

Well.. here's your starter.......
"*#06#" show IMEI and/or MEID should work though. That's not really a "secret code", rather it's an industry standard, and just about all phones have it(including clones and fakes).

Have you ran the app jfalls63 asked you to? If yes, can you post the screenshots. If no, can you install and post the screenshots.
You have a relatively unique issue and given the state of your device, we suspect it may well be a clone. Running the app will let us know whether or not the phone is a real Samsung, or a fake. We need you to do that before we can offer any further advice. As cliché as it sounds, help us to help you.
If the device is real, what has happened for it to be in this state? Have you attempted any modifications yourself (root/flashing an alternative firmware)? Was it bought like this? Has it worked without issue in the past? How old is it?

I have the same problem on my samsung j7 pro, ive bought it from an operator in our country and everything was legal ..the weird thing is that the phone was auto rooted and i dont have the root access i mean it just say rooted but its not really, well one day when i was trying to clean the phone with the parameter device maintenance it show me that the phone going to restart and then phone blocked by FRP lock and after ive flashed the phone the codes no more works ...
