I have tried to access my Galaxy s5's Test Mode, but every time I use the phone app's keypad to enter the code, *#0*#, nothing happens. The phone just behaves as if I am trying to call someone and waits for me to press Call.
If you have root access you can enable the hidden menu by turning it on in the EFS folder. I have done this on Verizon S3 & S4.
