Secure booting error then DBI Err Fatal

Problem went serious about 2 months ago. I turn on my phone and when it needs the LG animation to rotate, above the LG logo is "[1500] Secure booting Error"...

And after 3 seconds it sends me to violet screen and DBI Err Fatal - DemiGod Crach Handler: DBI Err Fatal... and stays there without turning the device off.

I cannot boot my phone even. I cannot get into any mode (Download etc.) When I want it, then it sends me "Secure booting error" which I mentioned above and gets the circle completed. What I'm supposed to do now?

NEED HELP!

EDIT: I cannot even approach USB debugging, am I supposed to install USB driver?
