I have installed few apps on the secure folder. I don't know why but the apps are not working. What can I do?

Did you install the apps or just downloaded the apk's?

In the beginning I moved the app from the outside to the secure folder. It was working. After a while I trying to open those apps but none was working. I tried to uninstall the apps and downloading them again but nothing happen. Still not working.
