Hi i wonder if anyone can help im trying to open up secure folder and theres a pun been out on it when im trying to reset pin my phone is freezing then app stops so i cant reset it so someone has set up a pin because i havent i keep getting notifications i can hear them but cant see them so ive tried going into settings to secure folder and been took to another page its impossible to reset it they must know my password for samsung because thats the way you set it up can someone help please thank you ..
