security app for my mopho

hi all,

i've got a small issue with my gf constantly checking my phone for new contacts, texts and e-mails. i have asked her to respect my privacy and that "NOTHING" is going on out of the ordinary. she has had issues with previous bf's cheating on her....so i pay the price. dump her you say ! love her way to much....this is the only issue i've got with her.

is there an app that will keep her out of my mopho ? i have used the stock security and somehow she's managed to get around this.

any and all advice is respected :o:o

The problem with pattern locks and passwords with people who are around you all the time is they can see what you are entering and figure out the patter or password. You could try changing the password often.

I'd never recommend dumping her, but I would suggest you just let her have your phone and check it like she wants. It will show your trust in her and she'll eventually get tired of it. On the other hand, if she goes to check your phone and finds all kinds of security all over it, she'll be convinced you are hiding something from her, even if you aren't. Of course, trust works both ways. If you allow her to check, make sure it's with the stipulation that she doesn't mess with anything.

I'll be completely honest with you man, by putting MORE security on your phone, you are just going to make her question you more, and she is going to wonder why you are trying to hide your phone from her.

If you really want to though, there are plenty of security apps in the market. Do you want to lock the whole phone? Just texts or contacts?

If she's already the supicious type, putting something on that blocks access with a password or makes things hidden is going to make her even more supicious and pissed. Just my 2 cents. That said, searching for "privacy" on the market seems to bring up a lot of stuff.

thanks to all....lunatic59 , sitlet and bioforce for your wisdom. i believe that honesty is always the best policy so i'm going to open it up. thanks for the input
