Xiaomi's MIUI is said to have several major security problems, as found by research firm eScan. Issues include non-judicious movement of sensitive information like payment details when migrating from one MIUI phone to another, as well as the ability for Android's device administrator apps to be disabled remotely, such as Android Device Manager.
