Hi.
Just bought a second-hand HTC Magic on ebay. It says it running Android 2.2.1 with the CyanogenMod 6.1.0-DS.
The phone was originally on Vodaphone but is unlocked.
It arrived however with a *lot* of personal information on it, most of which I've managed to delete, but I'm wondering if I should do some sort of reset to clear out the rest of it, and to ensure there's nothing on it which would comprise my own security.
It is safe to reset it, or is it possible it might become sim locked again? (I don't know how the unlocking was performed.). If so, there seem to be a number of different resetting methods: which should I choose?
Thanks,
i
