I use to have corporate e-mail which required a pin to unlock phone I do not have that e-mail any longer so I would like to remove that from phone its a motorola razr 4.1.2 android versiony

Go into settings for the email app and delete the account. If it is the only account active in the email app, you can simply go into Settings > Manage apps > All, select Email, and then clear cache & data.
