First post, first smartphone. I'm learning. I got a Droid Incredible last week. It is a little freaky that anyone who gets hold of my phone can access my gmail, calendar, facebook and other programs with passwords installed. I did use the native pattern password to unlock the screen, and I don't want to make security such an issue that it is a PITA to use my apps.
I've looked at:
App Protector Pro
SplashID Password
Theft Aware
Lookout
What is the best way to manage security without making things too inconvenient?
Are there other security concerns I should be aware of? I read the sticky about being careful about downloading widgets/apps and the permissions they ask for, and I haven't downloaded anything yet!
