Help Security Token Discussion with the Nexus 6

I've currently set up 2 step authentication for my gmail account. Was wondering if any of you Nexus 6 users are using one with your other account such as emails, and credit cards? I've seen the password apps that will store your username and password , but I'm not to crazy releasing my info to a 3rd party. I'd prefer something that would generate a certain number of digits and you'd input that as the password rather than the actual password. The number would be uniquely generator each time you would log in. Gladly appreciate any help!!

I use Yubico security key for the nex 6 and nex 9. it's a physical USB thumb key I can use for computers and it has nfc built in to use with the the nex line.

I also use last pass to keep my passwords and such.

I too use (and love) Last Pass for password management.

I also use Authy for storing/generating 2-factor codes for each and every one of my accounts that supports it (Google, LastPass, some forums, and even the SSH service running on my Raspberry Pi).

Thank you guys!! Appreciate the feedback. With all the hacking and crap going on, it's time to beef security up a little.

I know no method is 100%, but want to at least secure accounts as much as possible.

I've found two-factor auth to be a very effective way to improve security significantly without also being hugely inconvenient. :thumbsupdroid:
