In August, whilst abroad (out of UK), the 08-16 security update didn't complete.
i.e. it went as far as Andy the android lying on his back, front open, and the red triangle/exclamation mark. The phone restarted and was ok.
Every day since then I have been prompted that the 08-16 update has been downloaded and to install it.
I then get the same error message/restart. It goes no further.
To date I have cleared the Cache, carried out 2 Factory Resets without any success. The phone is not rooted.
Google Help have suggested I return the phone to LG but it doesn't seem like it's a hardware issue.
Any ideas how I can resolve this problem.
