Security Update Removed Clock?

I received a 90+ meg security update yesterday that loaded without my blessings and now my Clock in the middle of the home page is gone. Anyone else or is this an ID10T error?

Unfortunately mistakes like that happens because that update was probably part of the removal of the clock.
You can always use your device clock widget to put a clock back in in it's place. But if update change the pixel manifest you may not be able to get a centered clock.

I don't use the stock launcher on my Pixel 2 (regular model), but just checked and its stock clock widget is still there after the November update. So it's clearly not everyone.

Ironically one of the reasons I don't use the stock launcher is that unmovable clock widget (the search bar being another). It isn't up to the manufacturer to decide what I should have on my screen. Using a different launcher has the merit that no system update will ever change your setup
