See the same movie in both tablet at a time

I'm new to the forum, and I hope you can help me

My question is:
you can view a video on a tablet which is reproduced on another tablet?

I want to install two tablets in the car, and see the same movie in both tablet at a time. I will not have problems with sync sound.
