We are a mobile application startup company that are looking for select equity based IOS/Android programmers. Currently we do have a few projects in development and would like to begin work on our additional applications. We are in development for both mobile games and mobile utility applications utilizing various build platforms and AdMob for monetization. Is there any up-front cash or is the compensation purely based on equity share from admob? Can you describe your marketing approach to overcome the hurdle of obtaining sufficient ad click-throughs to make it worthwhile?
