Seidio Innocase W/ Holster

I have a Seidio Innocase with a holster for sale. It is brand new in wrapper, never been opened.

I purchased one a few months ago but had some slight trouble with the holster. I had to send back the entire combo and got a brand new one in return.

I've grown fond of carrying my Droid naked, so I have no need for this case.

Looking to get about $45 for it (including shipping)
