Selective Account Sync

Is there a way to only have certain accounts sync automatically? I have my phone set up with my gmail account as well as an Activesync account at the office. I would like to have the gmail account always sync but the work email sync manually. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks

Settings/Accounts & Sync.

Select the account you want, and wither select a sync frequency, or un-tick the box for no sync.
