Help Selective call block

I used to have an app that would block all calls except the ones I had on a VIP list. I work at night and don't want the phone ringing except when it's family. Any idea what the app was called?

Some samsungs have a system setting called blocking mode that does that. What phone do you have?

I have a Samsung Core Prime. The app I had before was called "who am i" or "who is it". I searched play store and couldn't find.
