Self Dial Issue

Finding that the phone dials 5 digits several times once started. Seeking guidance on how to intervene. No Verizon contract... WiFi Only. Guidance sought.

Does the problem persist when you turn your phone off and on again? If it does I'd try clearing data and cache for the dialer in settings, apps, phone :)
 
*228 is to update PRL (preferred roaming list) for older CDMA phones, I have no idea why it's doing that though. Is there a SIM in it even though you just use it for wifi?
