I have been on the phone with HTC trying to get my HTC One M9 replaced.
this has been a very frustrating experience, and one which I hope to never repeat once the damn broken phone is replaced. It will be the last HTC that I ever buy.
anyway, what I have here is a self service diagnostic menu keycode.
this should be in the frigging manual for gawd sake
*#*# 3424 #*#*
no spaces, just type it all in at once.
it puts up a screen with 16 different tests that you can do on the phone at your own leisure.
after I put this up, I did a Google Search and wallah! this is already up on our forum.
