Sell rooted NC for Nexus 7?

So, I have had the NC for a while and rooted it with CM7 long ago. Works great, love it. But I'm wondering, should I sell it and get the Nexus 7? I like the specs on the 7, but not crazy about no expansion slot. Plus, the gift card promo is tempting. :D

Yes, absolutely. Had the NC and loved it, but the N7 offers much more capability. Go for the 16gb. I am not missing the SD card. With cloud storage (connected via wifi) and the ability to play music and videos from a usb drive the lack of SD seems to be a non-issue. The native Nook reader in the NC is much better than the Nook app in my opinion, but there are other reader apps that are compatible.

As others have said, yes, do it. (Although you don't have to sell the Nook, I gave mine to my wife so she wouldn't have a reason to use my Nexus :) )

The screen on the N7 is beautiful and the power is great. Games that would limp along barely playable on the NC are smooth on the N7.

This 84 cent micro-usb otg cable - Amazon.com: eForCity Micro USB OTG to USB 2.0 Adapter: Cell Phones & Accessories - plus the free stickmount app lets you use a usb stick to store files on. I put my titanium and nandroid backups on the stick to free up space on the N7. (TWRP lets you backup nandroids directly to an external usb stick).

Best purchase I've made in awhile.

My wife decided she wanted a Nexus, and hence we started looking. Once I played around with it, well I got the bug too. :D I don't think she'll take the NC now. I like that otg cable too, thanks!
