Selling My S5 (Verizon) Question

I am going to try to sell my phone on swappa.com or craigslist.com as I got a New Phone

I factory reset the phone. Everything went well.

What else do I need to do before I sell the phone to someone else? Worried about the sim info still on it. How do I get that to go away, or is it already gone if i swapped out for a different phone on the same line.
It has 5.0 on it.

did you pull the sim card out?
it really is NOT necessary, all it has on it is the Device Info and a SIM card serial number.
it will be needed for the buyer to activate the phone.

you have already deactivated the phone by registering a new phone on that ph#.

Do a full FDR on it, then clear the cache partitions and you are good to go.
