Selling phone after number porting

Apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere in the forum. My searches found info that didn't quite match my situation, or were way to broad to find what I need.

I'm hoping it is a simple question. I am switching a family plan to Sprint from Verizon, which will leave me with a couple phones in mint condition (Moto X, Droid Mini) and three others (Razr M) in varying states of wear. Sprint will happily pay me $158 for all three, but I know I can do far better on eBay, Swappa, or even CL.

After my Verizon account is deactivated and my numbers are ported to Sprint, will the Verizon phones' ESN / IMEI / MEID still be valid?

Yes they will still be valid, unless you don't pay off your Verizon account balance - Early Termination Fees, etc.

I was coming to the same conclusion. So after I pay off my ETFs, I can sell the phones. Thanks for the help!

Hopefully those ETF's aren't too much so that maybe you could turn a profit from the phones.
