Plug the phone into the PC using the USB cable. Either select Windows Explorer from the options menu or start it manually (Windows Key + E). In Windows Explorer, expand My Computer to find your phone attached as an external drive.
Your photos and videos will most likely be in folder \DCIM\camera in the phone's internal storage.
