send sound when talking, is it possible??

Need help finding an app which can make it possible to send a sound for example a song, a fart or whatever ( a sound i hawe recorded in the phone), to the person i talk to in the phone , not a mms.

You could try tikl, but it's more of a direct connect type of app.

i'm getting OP means while he/she is on the phone? I know its possible because call blocker has an option to play an annoying sound after picking up a person's call thats on the block list.. but in the form of an app... I dont think there is one yet. I could be wrong.

perhaps not sending is the word, more letting the other person listen to a sound i play from my "playlist" , (something i have recorded before)

tikl is a push to talk app. You hold down a button on the screen while talking to someone else and they talk back, only thing is, they have to have the tikl app as well. It's not as much of a hassle as texting if you have something important or long to explain, but isn't as "committed" as a phone call. lol!
