:-( set it up,thought all was ok-ish! Checked the about device section & no system update on the list! Also on the status it says 00000000000 for my phone no & Says not connected to net when I was.strange! The Battery didn't last long either & I'd done all the tips there is.so off it goes on Tues! Straight swap for a replacement.pebble blue I just hope this one is OK? Cursed from the start It was.got it Mon with wrong sim. Got new sim Thur gone to pot sat goin back Tues.had no prob at all with my s2! Fingers crossed for Tues.

Don`t know if you are on Orange or not, but their BRANDED phones seem to be missing the System Update option, I returned mine and got an unbranded Carphone Warehouse Phone instead (With no missing options)

Ask for an unbranded phone then, or flash the official unbranded firmware if the replacement still misses the System Update option.

Thanks for reply.I'm on a t mobile contract .the phone is unbranded same as my s2 also from t mo.the s2 is fine

The phone is unbranded.just a t mobile contract same as my s2.I don't own a computer unfortunately so flashing is not happening.I just find it mad that the s2 is fine and s3 not.I just hope when the new set comes its OK.thanks for your reply m8.
