What is the surest way of sending a webpage, an android downloaded news app article, as a text message to one person's at&t smartphone number with the url?

In your internet browser at the top bar you will see full address (which ever website page)..click on it and then long press..long press should bring pop up menu & will have option copy page link or copy url link..
That will be copied automatically on clipboard..open/create message where ever you want in msg long press again & pop up menu..select paste..
