Separate A Specific Google Account From Contact Listings...

Okay, so I've got a really annoying thing happening to my Moto G5 Plus in its Contact List, I'm using the app TruePhone which is very customizable and not the stock dialer. I obviously have my family's contacts in my phone, but my brother has a Google account and it shows the picture that he uses. I don't use pictures in my Contacts, just simply the first letter of their first names as TruePhone forces you to have something - a Picture or a Letter. Is there a way to separate his Google account from my device? Where I can still enter his name and information but it won't sync or whatever? Cause out of some 40 plus Contacts, his is the only that shows a picture. I can change it to a letter but after a few days it changes back to a picture and I've about had it!

I'm pleased to announce that I figured it out. Changed a setting and the link to this one and only Google account is gone! Thank God! It was so annoying...
