Help Separating phone contacts from Google contacts

Hi there, hope someone can help. I have had a gmail account for years, which I use for work. Everytime I send an email, Google adds the address to contacts. So I have 1000s of contacts and I will never have the time to go through them and order them.

I now have a Samsung Galaxy phone. I have moved across all my phone contacts which have moved phone to phone over the years. And I have synced them to my Google account so that they are safe in the event of loss or damage.

On my phone, I only show contacts with numbers. And I now want to share all the phone contacts (with numbers) to my wife's phone. However, when I try and share all namecards, it brings up all the Google contacts, thousands of them. So I have no way of telling which of these have numbers in or not.

So, I guess my question is, is there a way of only holding those contacts with phone numbers on my phone?

Thanks in advance....
