brand new from the box the sero 7 tabletdid not worked! didn't charge, didn't turn on, didn't di anything!!!! not a single thing!! freshly out of the box i plugged to the wall and never ever turned on or gave a sign of being charging, i'm never buying this brand again in my life! debut and goodbye! thx for nothing! YOU RUINED X-MAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend that you do not replace it with another, I bought one for my daughter and got myself a Nexus 7 last Xmas and she disliked it so much she literally gave it to me to have because it was so laggy. There are many cheap tablets that are well worth it. U can get a Nexus 7 2013 edition for around 135$ right now. It is however a 16gig and does not have an SD card slot. It is a fantastic tablet especially even it be over a year old.
