Service coverage and how to inquire about additional towers?

So my girlfriend lives in a town where I can't get coverage. This isn't exactly a remote area. It's just east of Austin, Tx. about 35 miles or so.

Anyone know where to inquire about whether or not T-Mobile is going to expand coverage into a specific area? I'd really rather not have to go back to Verizon or switch to her carrier (AT&T) when I eventually move out there.

T-Mobile's web site has a coverage maps site at http://www.t-mobile.com/coverage.html which also works in mobile web browsers.

You can search by city and/or zip code.

Forget the website, customer service reps, and go straight to the source email Mr. Legere the CEO of T-Mobile. I have emailed him before and guess what he called me on the phone! His email is john.legere@t-mobile.com

Odd. The coverage map shows that 2G service is available in the town (Smithville, Tx) but I don't get any service at all with my S5. Thank gawd for wifi calling (and my girlfriend's WAP) or I'd never get or make any calls.

You can try this site to see if there are applications for new towers nearby. It also shows existing towers and antennas.
