Help Service Menu SIMlock query

Hello, I bought an Xperia X10i from CEX, in which they claimed it was locked to vodaphone. I am on 2.3, and have gone onto the hidden service menu and ontl SIMlock, and it came up with this:

[] network 5
[] network subset 5
[] network provider 5
[] corporate 5
[] SIM 0

My question is, does this mean I am unlocked? I want to place my giffgaff sim card in this, but its not accepting it, plus it isnt picking up a vodaphone SIM either. Its not letting me save my APN either :S

If theres anybody out there who can help, it would really be appreciated.

Based on the information provided, this does look like you are locked to a network provider, the best way to clarify this is to insert another networks SIM card or to contact the network provider the handset was intended for they can supply you with this information as well as an unlock code.
