Service Provider for Thunderbolt with SIM

I just received a new to me (used) Verizon HTC Thunderbolt that has a SIM card. I have used PagePlus for my other phones, however they said they can't activate due to the SIM. Boost Mobile said the same. Any suggestions on who I can activate this thru that doesn't cost what Verizon does? Data usage would be light, probably < 1GB p/mo. Thx

The SIM for your T-Bolt can only be used for Verizon's LTE network. I believe no other network will support it.

So, then another provider can provide a SIM specific for that provider?
