Set Media Volume

I currently have set up a simple profile and task which executes when the media is plugged in and reduces the volume automatically. Does anyone know of a way I can make it to only reduce it to a lower volume is it is above a certain threshold say 10/15 otherwise do nothing?

What volume levels do you want to adjust? (There are seven.) (Media stream?) (You can test and set each in Tasker.)
What have you created in Tasker so far to do this?
