Setting custom message tones

I have some custom mp3's that I want to use as default message tones, I have figured out how to change it, but can't find the files I dl'd from email on the list of available tones.

Also, when I dl an attachment from email, where does it go? How can I easily find it again?

I figured it out, I have to save it using Ringdroid as a notification, then it shows in the correct menu,

Ringdroid is corrupting the file every time I save it so now I get to figure that out now.

either plug device into PC or use the built in app My Files, make a folder called notifications, now drap or move the mps's into this folder and they will and can use as notifications
