setting the language on galaxy ace

Hi

I live in France, and want to buy the galaxy ace. however, I do not speak or write French, so will it be possible to set the phone for the English language?

Also, I am currently visiting my son in Abu Dhabi, where English is spoken, so I wanted to buy the phone here but I'm told that the 2 year warranty is only valid in the country of purchase. Is there a Samsung international warranty?

Yes, it shouldn't be an issue changing the language on the phone. However, I'd ensure you can do it at the time of purchase.
In regards to the warranty, I'm not really certain. That may be something I'd call Samsung about. If it doesn't work out, perhaps buying insurance on the phone may be a decent option?
